“A picture on glass” design can be found on the new 77” LG Signature OLED 4K HDR Smart TV. Key features in a nutshell: OLED HR, picture-on-glass, infinite contrast, and cinematic color.
This is the first time an ultra-thin OLED panel has been bonded to a transparent glass plate. Each pixel is self-lighting, which generates the perfect colors.
This new $20,000 TV is also less than 3mm deep and has an integrated sound bar that can work with being mounted on a wall. In addition, it’s won several awards already including PC Mag’s Best of CES 2016 Best Television and Engadget Best of CES 2016 Best TV Product.
We saw it, and it’s as beautiful as it sounds.
